President Trump signed a new Executive Order (EO) today rescinding the prior January 27, 2017 (EO). The new order goes into effect on March 16, 2017 and calls for a 90 day suspension of entry for nationals from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen who are outside of the United States and do not have a valid visa. It does not apply to lawful permanent residents or persons with current authorization (i.e. visa) to enter United States.
